Through different inspection techniques in real time from the origin of a project, we analyze its development from the issuance of the engineering, through its budget structure, collection and payment management, analyzing the direct effect of the contents technical - legal - administrative of contracts in operations, gathering and analyzing documents, formats and controls in execution, reviewing one by one the concepts of the budget catalog, aimed at detecting recoverable excess payments, and identifying non-recoverable ones due to adjustments or improvements of engineering, to optimize the processes of architectural conceptualization.
